Terms of service
Last updated September 25, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the business using CrewPay) and Gold Standard Web. By connecting Jobber or using CrewPay you agree to them.
What CrewPay does, and doesn't do
- CrewPay calculates amounts from the pay rules you set, using data from your Jobber account.
- CrewPay is not a payroll provider. It doesn't pay anyone, withhold or file taxes, or move money.
- CrewPay doesn't decide whether workers are employees or contractors. Overtime and minimum-wage figures are estimates to help you check your numbers. Confirm them with your accountant or payroll provider.
- You're responsible for reviewing each pay run before you approve it and for what you pay your workers.
Your account
- You must be allowed to connect the Jobber account you connect.
- Keep access to your Jobber account secure; anyone who can sign in to it as an admin can open CrewPay.
- Don't misuse CrewPay, try to access other businesses' data, or overload the service.
Trial, plans and billing
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required.
- After that, CrewPay is a monthly subscription priced by the number of active workers, billed through Stripe.
- You can change plans or cancel anytime; cancelling stops the next renewal. We don't refund partial months.
- If the trial ends or a subscription lapses, your account becomes read-only. We don't delete your data for that.
- If you disconnect Jobber, your subscription is set to end at the end of the period you've paid for.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Your data
Your data stays yours. You let us use it only to provide CrewPay, as described in our privacy policy.
Jobber
CrewPay is an independent app and is not made or endorsed by Jobber. Your use of Jobber is covered by Jobber's own terms. If Jobber changes or limits its API, parts of CrewPay may stop working.
No warranty and limit of liability
CrewPay is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will be error-free or always up. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using CrewPay anytime. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. After an account ends you can ask us to delete its data.
Changes and contact
We'll email you about material changes to these terms. Questions: hello@goldstandardweb.com
