This explains what Gold Standard Web (“CrewPay”, “we”) collects when you use CrewPay, why, and what you can do about it. In short: we read your Jobber data only to work out crew pay, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.
What we collect
- From Jobber, when you connect: your account name; your team members' names, email addresses and whether they're active; completed visits (date, client name, property address, job number and title, line items and prices, who was assigned); and timesheet entries on those visits.
- What you enter in CrewPay: pay rules, worker types (W-2, 1099, other), pay run changes, bonuses, deductions, reimbursements and notes.
- Account and billing: the email address of the Jobber user who connected CrewPay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Waitlist: if you joined the waitlist, the name, email and business details you gave us.
- Technical logs: basic request and error logs (time, page, error details) to keep the service running. We don't use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To calculate what each worker is owed, build pay runs, statements and export files.
- To show timesheet alerts and, if you leave it on, email you a daily summary.
- If you turn on expense write-back, to add each worker's pay to the job in Jobber as an expense.
- To bill your subscription and to answer support requests.
We don't sell your data or your workers' data, and we don't use it to advertise.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run CrewPay, each under their own privacy terms:
- Netlify (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email).
- Jobber, when CrewPay reads from or (if you turn it on) writes expenses to your Jobber account.
- Anyone the law requires us to share with.
Security
Your Jobber sign-in tokens are encrypted at rest. Data is sent over HTTPS. Each business can only see its own data.
How long we keep it
While you use CrewPay, and after you cancel so you can still see past pay runs. If you disconnect Jobber we stop syncing and delete your Jobber sign-in right away. To delete everything, email us (below) and we'll remove your account and its data within 30 days, except what we must keep for tax or legal reasons (like billing records).
Your choices
- Disconnect Jobber anytime from Settings or from Jobber's App Marketplace.
- Turn off alert emails in Settings.
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing us.
Your workers
CrewPay processes your workers' information on your behalf, to work out their pay. You're responsible for telling your workers how you handle their information, as you already do for payroll.
